This tutorial is supposed to demonstrate you one of good handmade gift ideas: double snake knotted bracelet; this bracelet patterns with string instructions will display the clearest details of every step.
You Will Need
- Scissors
- Lighter
- Nylon Thread
Materials and tools:
? 2mm white nylon thread? 2mm colorful nylon thread
? Lighter
? Scissors
Step 1: prepare top end of bracelet
? 1st, snip 1.5m white thread and colorful thread and fold them in half respectively;
? 2nd, use colorful one to tie a loose double connection knot with leaving 2cm loop above;
? 3rd, insert folded white one in and tighten the connection knot.
Step 2: braid double snake knots
? 1st, use middle two white cords to tie a pair of snake knots;
? 2nd, cross left colorful cord over center-left white one, similarly cross center-right white cord over right colorful one;
? 3rd, braid two snake knots with colorful cords;
? 4th, exchange cords again and braid white ones.

Step 3: make bottom end for bracelet
? 1st, continue braiding till the length reaches what you desire;
? 2nd, do a double conection knot with middle cords and cut off their excess;
? 3rd, leave 7-8cm tails and trim off excess length for outside cords
